Well done year 1 for the brilliant homework that is coming in. So much effort is going into it, it's fab! :) we even had a tardis that picked up toys from the past on its journey!

Dodgeball!

Y1 played dodgeball in PE with Mr Campbell. They had great fun (as did the teachers!) 

Measuring with Reception

Y1 joined Reception for a maths lesson measuring equipment in the Foundation Stage classrooms using paper leaves. Both classes worked really well together. We can't wait to do it again! :)

Year 1 all got involved for Children in need day. Thank you for all of your donations! :) 

Ladybird puppets!

As part of our new topic in literacy (Instructions), year 1 followed a set of instructions to make a ladybird puppet. We then paired up with year 2 to repeat the instructions so that they could make their own ladybird puppet too. Year 1 and year 2 worked so well together and their end results were fantastic!! :)
